that's going to take a lot longer than just an action. you try running around someone fast enough to tie a rope to them in 6 seconds. now add the variable that they're actively fighting you. I'd say that it will take an action, but you have to roll contested acrobatics at disadvantage against my athletics or acrobatics.

 yah i knew it was going to be weird but i didn't what to do. Also i think it would be my athletics vs. your acrobatics

 You would be the one moving so that's why I think it would be acrobatics but you could also try to resist, so i think it would be a contest between Acrobatics or Athletics.

On my turn i will drink a haste potion and run up to you enter frenzy and reckless attack and attack you twice, Attack: 29 Damage: 22, Attack: 31 Damage: 22

well, can't argue with a nat 20 vorpal. I did forget to roll blink though, so I'm throwing my money down on a 50/50 shot.
