Fine, I'm down for a desert, collosseum style arena which is circular roughly 200 ft in diameter with us being 100 ft apart

I would suggest not allowing characters to leave the arena. Otherwise certain people (naming no names) will just teleport out when things go wrong.
Chilling kinda vibe.
Wait there's a spell that can be cast over the arena, hold on. Casually goes through DnD beyond.
