if anyone attacks me, I will say that having a kraken and dragon turtle as allies puts them into the companion category, and as they exceed a combined cr of 1, they are teleported away instantly.
I don't have dm rights on the fight, but having a kraken and dragon turtle as an ally means I have a tarrasque mount

I run over to Uanvalor and decide he would look better without a head. I attempt to decapitate Uanvalor with my sun blade. 8. If your save is unsuccessful, 5 radiant damage plus possible decapitation (if you fail by 15 or more).

Objection, it never says that it can't be used on a creature. Daethider make a Dex 19 saving throw to avoid it.

it says you can use it on objects, and if that's your argument, there's nothing in the rules about touching the ground NOT summoning 5 friendly tarrasques. so I go do that.
