I Have telekinetic Powers...

But you can only manipulate objects three inches or smaller when they are within three inches of your body.

I can understand anybody's emotions by making eye contact with them...

...at the cost of being blind.

I can walk on water...

when it is frozen and able to carry your weight.

I can breathe both water and air without issue

...but you have to breathe both at the same time, otherwise you suffocate.

I can make invert my own gravity...

Sadly it is impossible to "make invert my own gravity".

I wish I could use the air dash from the megaman x games in real life.

you can air dash exactly one foot per day. 

I wish for twenty one puppies. wait nvm this is the power one.

I can Hover...

...1 millimeter off the ground.

I have perfect eyesight, and can see up to 5 miles with perfect detail...

...but you constantly trip over and bump into things while you are focusing on interesting stuff miles away.

I have the power to lift 100 times my own weight.

However you are as light as a feather.

I can shoot Lasers from my hands...

Allowing you to read barcodes, very nice.

My brain operates at super speeds.

eventually after a couple of years your brain strains too much and reduces you to a mental husk. 

I can run at 40 miles per hour

and hey reading barcodes would be cool.

but you can't see were your going

i can camouflage with anything

I can cast Thunder-wave at will

Unfortunately, you have been unable to find Will.

I can change the color of any article of clothing...

The change takes about five-hundred years to take effect.

I can pop out my left eye and still see through it. Leave it as a spy cam so to speak, until I teleport it instantly back into its socket.

but it hurts as much as if you were to pop it out regularly

i can phase thru any material at any time or place

while your phasing you irregularly phase back every 10 to 50 seconds.

I Can sever my limbs, still be able to make them move around and they reconnect once I hold them to the part they are supposed to be.

but when you do you bleed out just like everyone else

Whenever you do you get as tired as if you were lifting something ten times your weight.

Whatever I draw I can make it step off the paper and become a real, (if applicable: intelligent), thing or creature. Creatures created in this manner obey my commands.
