“I mean I can tell it’s magic… I think I read something similar to this at some point but I definitely don’t remember any fine details… I don’t think it’s supposed to exist, and using science which I am much better versed in… I can tell you that we are holding a anomaly!”
"How about we break it?" Zuli says nonchalantly. "I mean, its worth a shot right? Something tells me the worst that will happen is that we'll get teleported back to that door."
You remember hearing about the Pendant of Rem a while back. Though what you remember is vague, you do remember something particularly interesting that sticks out; it's not a tangible object. It's not an artifact, but it's supposed to represent something, like an alternate dimension or a form of perceived reality. The more you think about it, the more you remember. Something along the lines of, "Find the pendant and break the spell, or forever asleep you remain... For within your death..." something something. Your memory (conveniently) trails off right before very end of the verse. There's also something about a basilisk, but you can't remember how it's connected to the pendant.

As Darklis stares at the pendant, her mind flashes back to images of herself laying comatose in an alien sarcophagus along with thousands upon thousands of other unfortunate souls. Shaking herself, she growls, "Destroy it. It's what's keeping us here." She tries to snatch it from Agnomally.
(Would that be acrobatics or slight of hand? Here's both just in case.)

(Verdell, you're beside the group traveling along the road. That would be Agnomally, Darklis, and the Hunter.)
"Hey, if you break it, you buy it." The satyr gives you a little bit of the side-eye as you discuss breaking his pendant. Suddenly, they reel back slightly, pressing their finger to their temple.

Darklis doesn't pay any mind to Agnomally. She stares at the pendent, anger flaring in her eyes. Now that she has it, she doesn't know what to do with it, but she'll figure it out somehow. "If I break it, you'll thank me later." She says to the satyr, forgetting to mimic his accent. Jumping off the carriage, she sets it on a rock then swings her flamburge at it, attempting to crush it.

"To bad. I don't have any coin," Zuli shrugs. "I think you'll thank me later. That, or you will forget this happened and it will reappear back on your cart. See, win win for everyone...or lose lose for everyone I suppose." She grins, "Sorry my fine chap, but you would have lost it anyway had these two fellows decided to come along instead of me. Besides, you lost it once already. You just don't remember." She gives him a wink, then proceeds to slam the pendant on the side of the cart, attempting to shatter it. If it doesn't break the first time, she will continue slamming it again and again. Murder gleaming in her eyes.

(Zuli, roll to hit, and then roll for damage. Use an unarmed strike, unless you'll try to use one of your weapons to crush it against the carriage, like Darklis did. I'll move forward with both of you once you've rolled!)

Agnomally will lean over and cast shocking grasp on the pendant- 17 to hit, 11 lightning damage. “I don’t what’s happening, but I trust you! Let me help.”
"Sir, how much do you want for the pendant? I have some coin on me."
After saying this, Verdell casts enhance ability on whichever of the group is the strongest (Verdell's at STR 16), choosing the Bull's Strength enhancement. If it's someone who has tried already, Verdell softly says, "Give it another go." If it's him, he mutters a prayer under his breath to help in his attempt.
