“Someone told me to rope something! What am I roping!?” Angelino seems totally lost without instruction
"Grab the rope on the boat remaining in the still area and pull it toward us." George demonstrates (and assists) with his own mage hand, which is scaled and pale green.

Kay nods, and allows George and Angelino to take her rope, "We just have to get it to someone on the other boat." (This is a 30 ft rope that is tied to the back of the green boat, the boat that we are currently in.)
Thoruk started rowing, triggering the kelp that is now trying to pull the oars (and possibly Thoruk) into the water. Harmony read the Siren's surface thoughts, and Angelino, Kay, and George are currently trying to get a rope to the red boat, which is currently still in the flat zone.
The siren's thoughts remain the same, and the kelp is still creeping up towards Thoruk's arms, holding the red boat captive in the flat zone.
Harmony will try to grab the rope when it comes her way.
So, originally the boats said:
From deepest depths I call to thee, but you must never come to me. For if you disturb the glassy case, all your lives will be erased. Um... we'll come back to this one.
Though your deliverance are we, your death also we could be. We push you on while in your hand, but don't be hasty to get to land. Erm, not exactly.
When water stills so should you, to break the silence will be your doom. Wow, we are pretty terrible at this whole 'direction following' thing.

lol, yeah...
Kelp still be growing.... I'll give all of you in the red boat a chance to do something since I still haven't gotten a strength check from Thoruk. Though currently, we have two mage hands handing a rope to those in the red boat. The siren/elf still has her hands over her face...
Thoruk will let go of the oars (he's dumb but not overly stubborn, it's an odd combo), and let the kelp have them.
If the rope has been caught, Thoruk will help pull us out of the flat spot.
If the rope hasn't been caught, then Thoruk will pick up another oar and try to paddle out of the flat spot again, and if that oar is grabbed he'll let go of that one before it actively stops the boat (hoping that we will drift in the right direction!)

Krogar writes on the boat, "Don't talk or you will fall under the siren's spell. Also we must save Thoruk!"

Kay looks at Krogar, "We are fine right now since we are out of the flat spot. It's them I'm worried about." She points at the red boat.
Ok, as a bit of a recap...

“I can help!” Angelino, and George it seems, will use their mags hand to get the rope to the red boat.
Harmony will try to grab the rope when it comes her way.

Kay will jump to the front of the boat and start rowing as well. Hopefully we will pull the red boat out of the water.
