Thoruk will let go of the oars (he's dumb but not overly stubborn, it's an odd combo), and let the kelp have them.
If the rope has been caught, Thoruk will help pull us out of the flat spot.
If the rope hasn't been caught, then Thoruk will pick up another oar and try to paddle out of the flat spot again, and if that oar is grabbed he'll let go of that one before it actively stops the boat (hoping that we will drift in the right direction!)
I believe you have the rope!
"YES! THANK YOU MORADIN!!" Krogar yells. "We are getting out'ta this room!"

No worries Thoruk! And yes you would have the rope now. Kroger, Harmony, and George, you notice that the kelp making up the siren’s clothing had started creeping towards the water when the kelp in the water was wrapping around the oars. As soon as Thoruk let go, the kelp of her cloths stopped moving. Harmony and Kroger, you notice that the siren didn’t seem to notice the change in her clothing. She had her face covered as if in distress while the kelp was grabbing the oars. Now she is looking up and towards the stone doorway on the other side of the lake. She looks like she is in a haze.
When Thoruk and Harmony grab the rope, Thara starts rowing. Together, they get the red boat out of the flat zone. All of you in the red boat now hear the endless echoing of water droplets upon stone. The siren covers her ears, her face clearly showing pain.
Hands shaking, she uncovers her ears and looks at you with wide eyes. “Why would you do that?” She whispers, a strange ringing sound thrums through the room as she speaks, but not as loud as it was while she was in the flat zone. She flinches when this happens, and her eyes dart towards the water.
Kay looks at the siren suspiciously, "Hopefully we will be on shore soon. Will that make you feel better?" She looks directly at the siren, expecting an answer.

"We have to help her. 'Tis our duty." Krogar attempts to take the oars and go back to the flat spot and help the siren.

"GOOD RIDDANCE, ya filthy selkie!!" Krogar laughs.
The siren starts crying.
Krogar stops. "I'm... I'm sorry... you just, er, drowned me so... Can I help you in any way?"
“Did I?” She whispers, cringing as the strange ringing tries to down out her voice again. “It’s all so blurry…” she blinks vigorously, and farrows her brow as if trying to remember.

She looks from you to the shore, where the stone door is. “I…Don’t know.” Her eyes dart back to the water, just like when she responded to Angelino.
As you speak I am assuming Thoruk and Tara are still rowing, so you all are pretty close to the shore now.
"GOOD RIDDANCE, ya filthy selkie!!" Krogar laughs.

She looks up at you, shuttering, "He calls...He's angry." She stares blankly at the water.
Yes, as close as you can get in the boats. You've run aground and will have to wade the rest of the way.
Ahead of you is a stone pathway, chiseled by hundreds of feet passing over it again and again. At the end of the pathway is a large stone door. From where you are, you can tell that there are symbols and a carving on the door, but you can't quite make it out due to how weathered it is and your distance.

“No, but I got magic prayer heal-y stuff!”Angelino reaches out to the siren and heals it for 4 !

Angelino walks up!
Kay gets out of the boat and follows Angelino.
