You'd end up with some spurious results. There was a time a few months back - probably more now that I think about it - where there was a bug with the dice roller. It changed a lot of the old results and a lot of them are now completely invalid or have the manipulated dice result warning on them - and they are different to what was initially rolled.
Not to mention there are a lot of deleted or invalid posts due to not rolling or rolling multiple times or multiposting.
I'd tried to do the same thing (I have a spreadsheet with the first 140 pages in) but the dice roller error just invalidated the whole thing so I gave up.
