Going back to a previous answer I gave to a similar question, I'm not inclined towards revealing the specific setup of this town as it's something I leave to you guys to figure out.
But, if you're looking for basic examples of setups, the 7-player setup would've been 3 VTs, 1 cop, 1 doc, 2 goons and the 8-player setup would've added 1 VT.
