One piece of constructive criticism I'll offer,
The setup (particularly pre-PJ) has some balance issues IMO.
With 3 mafia and a jester that's already 6 town vs 4 non-town. This is already MyLo. (Arguably LyLo.) If town has a NoLynch, mafia kill + brainwashing goes into tomorrow with 4 mafia v 1 jester v 4 townies. With a myslynch that's 4 mafia v 1 jester v 3 townies.
Then factor in BlackBear's role not being town (I assume he's the anti-jester) and it gets a bit worse numbers-wise.
We lucked out that the mafia killed the jester, mafia didn't brainwash, and that PJ got added. But having a confluence of 3 lucky things saving us from losing D2 is something we should try to avoid when making setups.
A general tip I've seen is the idea of 1 non-town per 2 towns roughly. That can change a bit depending on the exact roles, but it's one way people will balance setups. Also consider questions like "how many myslynches can the town have?" A town that needs 0 myslynches is going to have a real tough time. IIRC, when I set up the North Pole I factored in the idea of 2 myslynches into the setup. (Leaving the possibility of doctor saves / vig killing town out of the equation.)
Plus the brainwasher changing alignments, constricting time to find them, is a very powerful thing for the scum-side. N2 was basically like getting 3 kills in one night. 1 regular kill, and 2 kills via the brainwashed (because reduces town size while simultaneously increasing mafia size). The notification helps. And I did like Gibber's idea of making it a quasi-lovers situation. Just something that needs a significant pro-town power if it's going to be used.
Just some thoughts vis-a-vis balancing.
