Due to the nature of your constant asking the gods themselves now ban you from making any sort of time travel or altering of the past. Not even a wish can change this. You are not able to ask others to change the past or make wishes for or involving you either. You are now stuck with the choices you make forever;  in all realities and or worlds.

I wish I had loving familiar of my own that will follow all my orders. the familiar can be used and summoned by me as if I am a wizard with the find familiar spell and ritual casting;  and she can even be changed into any familiar usable form like a pseudodragon or imp as if I was a warlock of the pact of chain.

Granted, but possessing the familiar is a cat. Cats (as everyone knows) are evil incarnate, so it does all that it can to twist your orders and wishes.

Granted by making an infernal pact with the devil himself Grumpy Cat is alive again. But do to the nature of the deal Grumpy Cat is now using every waking moment to start in the Apocalypses. On the plus side he now has a daily blog and can talk.

I wish to reroute this time jump portal to the Stygia level of Hell.

Okay so I goofed. I can't say we all have Freewill and then turn around and say that we all leave you. So my grant is Null and void I guess but my wish still stands (if allowed) and I jump through to Stygia.

 well since most if not all of the souls in stygia originated from the prime material plane i guess there are just a bunch of devils on the matterial plane. Not to worry, most of them have already gone back to their post, but this nearly disrupted the blood war and some of the devils have decided to stay, Mordekainen teleports behind you and immedeatly starts to scold you on your irrisponsible uses of the wish spell....

...****y wait a sec, all the portals are permanently sealed so i guess all these devils are stuck here forever, but at least this has premanently ended the blood war.... until more portals will enevetably be opened, there where still some alkiliths on the prime material plane who had not opened their abyssal portals yet, and the devils need a means of return

i wish it was legal on dnd beyond to discuss illigitimate means of enjoying wizards of the coast products (is this allowed? am i allowed to say this? is this within the rules?)
