People are living in fear of someone, somehow, teleporting within them, killing them both. Because you are literally teleporting. No one is safe. The good ending is where riots cause the tech to stop being made, but, as we know, companies will do anything for money, including selling teleports to some "Completely legal" tradesman.

I wish for all delivery companies to gain teleporting technology that teleports packages (and only packages, and only safe ones at that) that they need to transport straight to their destination, in a way that cannot be abused by any individual or group for nefarious purposes and only used for the delivery of packages as the current postal system does, only more instant with the use of this machinery that is affordable and easily produced. 

The system, by accident (not for nefarious purposes) drops one of the safes it is transporting on your roof, which, not strong enough to handle the sudden addition of so heavy a safe, collapses.

Granted! You know that every word is a reference to this popular book called Dictionary. It's a bit overrated in my opinion, pacing sucks and there's no character growth or good plot whatsoever. Characters themselves have a lot of meaning to them though.

 Granted, they fall on the pointy side and can't balance themselves. You probably think I'm gonna make them crush your house but that's too easy. If you live on a tilted road it rolls down there and destroys traffic, if you live in a flat neighborhood then it destroys your neighbor's house. If you live in the middle of nowhere then the carrots are withered and moldy or something. For the first two, the carrots' appearance is tied back to you and you're sued for damages, sending you into bankruptcy and/or life in prison.

I wish for a talking potato.

The potato can talk, but it is now sentient, and begins an uprising against french fries and any other potato based food, and starts a war involving suicide bomber spud cannons and the loss of many lives.
