I CAST FLOOD WITH SCIENTIFIC KNOLEDGE WHILE GIVING OCCASIONUL HORIBAL MISSPEHLLINGS!!! Actually, if your spell includes all technoledgy, then all life on earth would end. Because, Voyager 1 is about 15.4 billion miles away, and the nukulear bomb required to make such EMP blast, (I am assuming you are using numelear bombs to create the EMP blast, because it is the most efishent) would have to be quite large, and it would probably destroy at least the erth. Also, it is against the geneva convention, and practically every law in existance.
