You purchase the Elemental Earth Golem of Magi and take it home.  You unwrap it and and find rough dirty edges and a hard stone of some sort.  It looks like it has been freshly removed from a quarry by a dwarf.  You continue examining it and find a booklet of directions.  You open the booklet and read....

"Congratulations, you have obtained the Elemental Earth Golem of Magi!  This is a magical rock.  So magical indeed that it cannot be moved by slight breezes of wind.  It cannot be burned or melted in a campfire, it cannot frozen on the inside and it can hide underwater by sinking to the bottom.  It can also sit on a table or desk and magically hold one corner of a map open by laying on it.  It can be used as a weapon by being thrown at an enemy, dealing 1d4 damage.  You can also use it as a companion, a 'pet rock'.  Have fun and use your imagination".
