Hi there! My name's Elk. I'm NoiSilverheart's doppelgänger. I'm a demi/grayromantic, socially awkward Okie who may or may not be a pyromaniac. *random confetti blast*
I'm a warlock of the Archcrone, and my patron is TheFriendlyArchfey. I was nicknamed AchatesCervus8337 by VitusW and given the titles "Swashbuckling Scorcher", "The Unpredictable Jedi", "Burning Fury of the Ancients", and "Combustion Knight" by DrummerBoyDragonSlayer.

Hi! Did you see my thing about drow and Australians?
I did. They do.
now, I have two questions for you:
Have you seen the 2024 rogue? It’s awesome.
and second, do you think a tarrasque should have a burrowing speed?
No and no. A tarrasque is pretty much just a mutant T-rex right? How would they burrow with such short stubby arms? Also, it'd make them even harder to beat, because aren't most creatures with burrow speeds able to stay underground?

The rogue gains new uses for sneak attack dice and can trade some of the dice for stuff like poisoning enemies and basically throwing pocket sand in their eyes.
and also, the Tarrasque is actually closer to an indominus rex. (Or a turtle-ox-lion hybrid, If you use the original tarrasque) and it has been known in lore to live beneath the earth when hibernating. Look at the 5e art for the Tarrasque, its arms are pretty big.

Also, Arcane trickster no longer has a restriction on its spell schools! So now it can cast fireball :>
anyways, I found a fun statblock, the Dire tarrasque. It’s an improved version of the Tarrasque because the current tarrasque is ungodly weak! Fun fact, a level one Aarakocra character with a magical longbow can kill a tarrasque all by their self! And there is nothing they can do about it!

What do mean 'ungodly weak'?! The aaracockra strategy only works if 1.) They're REALLY lucky on their attack rolls, and 2.) If they have the patience and determination to go through all of that.

The Aarakocra, on every attack, has at least a 5 percent chance to hit. If they keep rolling, they will eventually kill it. The main thing about the Tarrasque is yeah, it can do a lot of damage, but it has no ranged attacks, fly speed, or climb speed. A 3rd level spell can win a fight against this thing, because it has no ranged options whatsoever. Also, they got rid of it’s regeneration it had in previous editions.

But imagine how boring it would be just going back and forth with tarrasque for like hours on end until you finally kill it. There's nothing exciting about that, no thrill of battle... it would just be as close to torture as you could get. (Or maybe that's just me. My ADHD makes it hard to sit still and do one single thing for a while unless things are constantly changing. That's why I like unpredictable battles with fun mechanics.)

Something along the lines of this for the description:
the prince in Ivory is a well known Archfey on the material plane, often involved in stories or tales told to children, speaking of a kindly pixie who takes the fallen out teeth of children and in exchange, gives them coins. There is a certain storybook, banned in most towns and villages, that contains a rhyme, “Prince in Ivory, heed my plea. I have treasures just for thee. This covenant i do create, worthless bone, for riches great.” When the rhyme is recited by a child, it allows the prince and it’s minions to slip into the material plane around the village, and get to work collecting the Prince’s most prized possession: Teeth. In the dead of night, it’s minions fly through the windows into the rooms of sleeping people and slowly, surgically remove every one of their teeth in exchange for hundreds of gold pieces they place around their pillow. The victims do not always survive the procedure. The Prince’s sprites then take the teeth back to his palace, where he then inspects them one by one on his throne of fangs. He keeps the most perfect ones and adds them to his vast gallery of trophies. He loves taking gold teeth, and often add them to his crown or outfit some way or another. Nobody knows the source of the Prince’s obsession, but anyone who questions it quickly falls by his swarm of horrid minions.
and for the teeth rip ability, I’m thinking maybe something like a con save and then on a fail, the prince rips out all of your teeth, does a lot of damage (like 10d10 or something) and then you lose any bite attacks you had. Make it a recharge ability, 4-6.
