The maintenance time doesn't change for time zones if I am not mistaken; I live in a different time zone than the ddb app exists in, and it gives me the same maintenance times.

Most of the new ones are dead, Tenebris Sine Fine already has a lot of lore but requires you to make a character stat block. Vinstreb Academy is big but doesn’t have that much going on. CHB has too much going on, I would not recommend joining that one… Maverick and Bathhouse are new but fairly inactive.
