I really like trying new systems, honestly once you expand outward you really realize just how flawed D&D is, not to say that other games have no flaws.
Currently I'm playing Elder Scrolls, which is my groups first system besides D&D 5e. When the campaign ends we were considering like Call Of Cthulu or some like Free League Publishing games, like Alien
Looking through the book, I love it. Like 10 pages in I caught a mention of safety tools and session zero and then directed to the page with that info, which is great. Then theres 3 whole pages (though one is art) on playing differently abled characters respectfully. I love it. No barbarians though...
I got the chance to play the Elder Scrolls RPG a year or two ago at Gary Con, and I loved the system! It was only a oneshot, but from what I remembered, I played some sort of magic caster? Maybe? My elder scrolls knowledge is sadly lacking.
I haven't played much free league, but I've heard great stuff about them. Any particular games of theirs that you might suggest to the group?

Our DM really loves them though, from why they talk about Forbidden Lands, Symbaroum, and like I said Alien are really good.

Already exist. If you call someone warm, they’re kind and caring. If you call someone lukewarm, you’re calling them boring or otherwise uninteresting. It can be used to describe indifference
