With Turkey, got to do it right. Can be very juicy and delicious when cooked well.
I think its more just not being a huge meat guy Turkeys are always served in a massive pot thing with tons of bones and shit, and I'm just not into that sort of thing. I still eat it of course, but I think its a bit gross. I'll probably be a vegetarian when I move out because I don't think I would like handling raw meat for the most part, even if it tastes goood

Also the pot thing sounds weird. Are they making a soup of it? When I made turkey I roast in a pan and the bones are there, but it's easy to get good pieces without bones in them cut off. (particularly if doing a bonesless turkey breast)

I love ground meat, it’s just more that if you think too hard about what you’re eating. Like when British people talk about blood sausages I’m like how are you eating that. Or when people are eating like turkey legs at ren fairies with their hands, that’s a bit weird

Fair, it can certainly be interesting to think about the fact it was once a living animal.
I guess for me I take that as a cue to be appreciative of it. (Also part of why I dislike having to throw meat away since it's like, "some animal died for me to have this meat; may as well respect it by eating it.")

Honestly, outside of the realm of chocolate, I really don't mind the diary allergy. I'd much prefer to not be allergic to gluten
A lot of people hear that and think I'm lactose intolerant, which isn't true, I'm just allergic. But there's weird exceptions, like kerry gold I can eat with no consequence because of however butter is made. Same with milk fat or whatever a certain type of chocolate chip is made out of, no problem. Plus, alternative chocolate is good, just more expensive. Cheese would be nice but I'm pretty satisfied with Romano. Oatmilk is also pretty good.
Non gluten bread tastes good, but there's quite a few annoying traits. It breaks easier, a lot of the times its denser, and some brands taste a little odd without toasting. Not mention things like gluten pizza crusts, which look phenomenal. Its also often flatter, and not as fluffy. There is really good gluten free bread, but its expensive. The everyday loaf definitely seems inferior to gluten
