The quote video I've seen for Chairman Sheng-Ji Yang is an interesting one. Between the tone of the narrator's voice and background music, it's extremely charismatic to create a feeling of inspiration despite some of his quotes being absolutely (from my perspective) terrifying.
(for context: Sheng-Ji Yang is a fictional figure from Sid Meir's Alpha Centauri. Never played the game, but the quotes of its faction leaders are interesting.)
