For some reason i cannot think of how to respond to that, i don’t know why…

I've found it's quite hard to continue arguing/yelling at a person who's not yelling/arguing back. I'm not saying you're yelling/arguing btw, your response just made me think of that.

 Oh my god, I hate it when people do that. I do a similar thing to annoy my annoying friend, and say "he are annoying." It kinda backfires tho, cuz then he finds other ways to grammatically annoy me.

 Yeah. But I am curious: are you yourself sensitive to humour about things like that, or are they just annoying? Like, I have a bunch of Jewish relatives, and I've heard a lot of jokes about the Hol*****st(censored because I don't know if I'm allowed to say it her), but they're annoying, as usual, really funny(some of them), but also utterly mortifying. My friend doesn't mind LGBTQ+ jokes, but knows that some people find them bad, so they remind me a lot that some people will hate me for it. I also have a teacher who is violently anti-racist, anti-sexist, anti-homophobic, anti-violence, and anything else objectively bad. Like, incredibly outspoken about it, which is great, don't get me wrong, but she scolds everyone, even if they're much older that her, about those things. No matter if it's in a good-natured way or not.
