Mine would be inside a demiplane inside a Tachna (its a monster that is like a painting with it’s own demiplane that you can access by touching the painting) inside a chest buried under a tree with one hundred glyphs of warding, with various spells. The chest would have an assortment of random objects, one of which, is a box containing a topaz gem, which the phylactery. The phylactery has as many wards on it as possible, making it invulnerable, counterspelling, teleporting it to another demiplane with the same things if someone tries to destroy it or bring it to another place. The contents inside the chest animate because of glyphs of warding if the phylactery is taken out. In the main demiplane are 2 iron golems. If the box containing the topaz is opened, 30 fingers of death, 30 power word stuns, 30 counterspells, 30 disintegrates, a suggestion spell, and some other stuff will activate. The entire demiplane is unknown to any person, as i have removed it from my memory, so nobody can read my mind and plane shift there. Also, the phylactery is under the effects of the sequester spell.
