Sure. The sewer vampires are scary as heck lol. Good for showing that the sewers aren’t always a friendly place, even for a sewer dweller like Flint.

They are scary! Vampires are always good for scary, and their alliance with the surface vampires would be enough to make Flint see them as terrifying

I think vampires should be either done creatively (so different from the typical vampire) or be used carefully (with effort and thought put into it).
They're not just regular monsters. They are intelligent and very dangerous and should be treated as such by the DM.

There are a lot of cool vampires in mythology and they are very varied. I love taking them and using them in stories.
