It's a bit of a complicated story. One day about a year ago, I was asked by a player if I could run a one on one post-apocalyptic campaign. I agreed, and started thinking about what could have caused such a wasted world. I had recently bought Mordenkainen's Tome of Foes and learned about the Blood War, and decided that in this world, called Flaote, the demons had won the Blood War and destroyed a lot of the world.
We did the campaign for a bit, but we eventually stopped doing it.
Then, about 8 months later, a player of mine (hobgoblin necromancer) in Descent into Avernus decided that they wanted to overthrow Zariel and become the ruler of Avernus, and started plotting ways to win the Blood War. This got me thinking about what would happen if the Devils won the Blood War, as I had already determined the other outcome. This got me to start the Tor-eal Project, and it is still continuing today.

No one has commented in the Tor-eal thread in awhile. That makes me not sure on what the current thoughts on it are

Yeah. I know it's a lot, but that's inevitable here. I have to change a lot, 1000 years have passed in the Forgotten Realms.
