I'm writing a christmas campaign. the general plot is pretty basic, sorta cliche. basically santa crashes his sleigh in the forest, they need to find pieces to fix it, get people to believe in santa again bc my family loves the movie Elf, and then krampus captures santa, and they have to kill krampus in an epic boss battle. I have some homebrew subclasses and races, but I need help with plot specifics.

Make it seem like that's what's happening, but then the players eventually find out that Santa isn't really evil, just being mind controlled by his jealous brother and in order to break the control you have to defeat Krampus or like break his magic item that lets him control Santa
