Sounds cool! Also, one of my favourite artists made a cover of ‘ain’t no rest for the wicked,’ their name is Conny Jash, and I think it fits my idea’s vibe perfectly.

So I might be able to play the campaign that Oswald is in this week, but I have a problem: He's boring in combat.
Because my DM is actually reasonable, I'm not allowed to just have an army of constructs or anything to do the work for Oswald, so he has to fight himself. The problem is, his combat is purely: Sharpshooter with my +2 repeating pistol, and then again. Oh, my turn again? Well, I'm going to Sharpshooter with my +2 repeating pistol, and then again.
He has spells, obviously, but his pistol is the best option and what my DM balances around. He's a battlesmith in this campaign, by the way.
Anyway, I was permitted to revamp him to be more interesting, and I was wondering how I could do that.
I just finished prep for today's session (it's Viper's special session so I needed her input, and she's always very tired after school), so I can finally RP!

I don’t know if this is good advice, but just give him a second weapon with the exact stats as a +2 repeating pistol. It does the same thing, but flavoring it differently means you could change between the two and make the combat less boring.
