Ah. I can't do really much physical exercise due to physical disabilities, but I hit the gym most weekdays. And growing up, I never really had a problem with healthy foods. One time i remember (when i was like 4 so a long time ago) stealing a leaf of kale from the supermarket shelf while my mom pushed me through in the cart. (please don't come for me supermarket police)

Strength isn’t everything, so just in case your feeling bad about it remember that. I’m not very smart or intelligent, sure I have great knowledge in some areas, but stuff that you actually need to know that’s really important like math I can’t do well at all
