A Tarrasque arena. Everyone makes a first level character and they're all pitted against the Tarrasque. Then count the number of rounds it takes to kill it, and make a record list. Every time it dies, another Tarrasque takes its place. If a character dies, you just make another one and rejoin the battle.

For this click on quote in the bottom right of the comment between reply and multi-quote.
