Tenets of Debauchery The tenets of the Oath of Debauchery all revolve around beauty and decadence. Unrestrained Self-Indulgence. I always follow my desires and do what brings me pleasure. Pleasure in all its forms is the ultimate goal. Moral Ambiguity. I don’t let others impose their personal ethics unto me. They are simply too afraid or too weak to seek true joy. Everything in Excess. There is no such thing as too much of a good thing. Strive for Perfection. If I sing a song, I sing the most beautiful song. If I converse, I speak eloquently. If I fight, I do so with the utmost brutality and without mercy. I shall be the best at everything I do. Oath of Debauchery Features 3rd Oath Spells, Channel Divinity 7th Aura of Excess (10 ft.) 15th Grace of the Pitiless 18th Aura of Excess (30 ft.) 20th Revelry
Channel Divinity 3rd-Level Oath of Debauchery Feature You gain the following Channel Divinity options. Depraved Vigor. You can use your Channel Divinity to move with unearthly speed. Using your reaction when another creature ends its turn, you present your holy symbol to gain a special turn before the next creature in the initiative order takes its turn. On this special turn, you can move up to your speed and take an action, though you don't regain the use of your reaction. Viciousness. As an action, you focus on your tenets using your Channel Divinity. For 1 minute, you can’t be charmed or frightened, and you add your Charisma modifier to the damage rolls of your melee weapon attacks.
Aura of Excess 7th-Level Oath of Debauchery Feature Using a bonus action, you can emanate an aura of excess for 1 minute, until you drop unconscious, or until you end it using another bonus action. While active, you and all creatures (friend or foe) within 10 feet of you can’t benefit from0 any damage resistances and regain the maximum number of hit points possible from any healing. At 18th level, the range of this aura increases to 30 feet. Once you use this feature, you can’t use it again until you finish a long rest, unless you expend a spell slot of 3rd level or higher to use it again.
Grace of the Pitiless 15th-Level Oath of Debauchery Feature You are always under the effects of a freedom of movement spell.
Revelry 20th-Level Oath of Debauchery Feature You can transform into a perfected version of yourself. You magically adopt a seemingly godlike persona, becoming alluring even to those who would normally despise you, and moving with incredible speed. Using your action, you undergo a transformation. For 1 minute, you gain the following benefits: • Your Strength and Charisma scores and their maximum values increase by 4. • You can’t be charmed. • Your walking speed is doubled. Once you use this action, you can’t use it again until you finish a long rest, unless you expend a spell slot of 5th level or higher to use it again
Also, I found this subclass in my Ulraunt's Guide to the Planes: The Shadowfell book. The book is where I got the inspiration for the knight in the first place.

Still working on it. The book doesn't give many insights into how you become a debauched knight, just what they're like and what they do.
I had the idea that he would have been trying to change the knights from within, but he's a bit too far along that path at this point.
I know that I want him to be an otherwise happy, well-adjusted individual who just happens to be part of a vile order of paladins in the Shadowfell. No tragic backstory, so that he can be traumatized during the campaign.

Sorry my brain is short circuiting, what?
The Debauched Knights are an order of knights in the Domains of Dread and are... just awful. They don't act anything like a regular paladin, and their ways have spread all the way through the Shadowfell since they have made peace with the Dark Powers somehow. They are obsessed with pleasure and violence, and my original plan was for my character to try to make them into good bois befoure getting slowly corrupted himself.

Oh, thanks for the clarification. I like it!
now for another question, how did they end up in the Ebon Tides? Did they go there on purpose for some reason, did they get lost somehow? Shadow roads connect the Ebon tides, the material, and probably at least some part of the shadowfell so its reasonable to say they might have gotten lost somehow.

I imagine he realized what he had become, and deep down he hated it, so when he got an opportunity he just walked down a shadow road, not caring where he ended up. He'll never admit that he cares, but he never wanted to be the monster he's become. He doesn't want to break his oath, though, so he's learned to "de-justify" his actions.

Alright, how much time has he spent in the Ebon tides? Like at minimum a month probably, so he should be at least sorta familiar with at least the city the adventure is starting in (and where they ended up)

Hey, Arch! I was thinking about my Debauchery Paladin character, and I was wondering if I could use the Spheres of Might and Power ruleset.
Also, do you have any idea what level we'll be starting at?

One that is going to happen, but on reddit. Particularly r/wizard posting. I kind of stole an ocean and now the Wizard Council is attacking rioters.
