Unrelated note, I was thinking about how cool Afterglow is lately and had an idea: a tavern that functions kinda like a PBP.
Let me explain: There would be a story that progresses as events are completed. The level/CR cap would increase as the story goes on. Magic item caps will also increase with the level.
Time to find the magical 11 herbs and spices.
That’s essentially what Afterglow is, except without the rising of level caps. I was rly afraid people would think that it would be more suited for a pbp game. I think something that is intentionally like that would be awesome.

So it would be a Tavern with a progressing story line that actually affects the characters and tavern that people can join into whenever they want. It would be the better part of both taverns and pbp
