I’ve watched the original but haven’t yet watched the LA. I heard it was better than the movie, but it wasn’t… perfect. My favorite episode in the original series is the Puppetmaster, Hama is a pretty cool villain.

oh and Dark is running a PBP soon and I’m playing an undead drunkard genie warlock who’s genie vessel is a flask of alcohol made from the water of the River Styx. She needs the alcohol to cast her spells and to keep herself animated and undead.

so yeah, it’s gonna be pretty fun. Her character is gonna be like a mix of Jack Sparrow and Eda the owl lady.

 Yeah. The LA don't got the rizz of the OG but it's still not cheugy like the skibidi movie Shyamalan made, fr fr. There were some things in the LA that were able to send me but it could use some improvement, no cap.

I'm not sure what my favorite episode would be. Puppetmaster is definitely nice, particularly the Katara v Hama fight where we get to see two great waterbenders going at it. I also love the Zuko vs Earthbender fight in Zuko alone. You get to see him being badass with the swords and then combine swords with firebending in an awesome move.

 Should have specified, she’s using the reborn lineage. And how does she drink alcohol? Wait, how does she drink alcohol… uhh, magic?

Eda is indeed from the Owl house. She’s like a cool aunt but also a wanted criminal. It’s great.

 And she isn’t actually a warlock of a genie, but a warlock of this immortal sorcerer/dark magic voodoo guy, like Dr. Facilier named Baron Kremni, who is Dark’s version of Baron Samedi with some changes. She just uses the stats for warlock of the genie. Her main goal is to get her soul back from the devil himself, Ol’ Nick Scratch, who she lost her soul to in some sort of gambling game for power. Her backstory for how she became a warlock of Baron Kremni is weird and complicated, so I won’t get into it now.

Baron Kremni is the voodoo killer-guy, right? (Looked it up and that seemed to be the top kind of result.)

Out of curiosity, what attracted you to using genie? Was it mainly the ability to use the alcohol flask as your bottle? Other mechanics? And best of luck to her in her quest.
