Though I'm curious what your silliest ideas for characters are.
For me it's these three.
1. Eggo Lass, built on the Legolas -> Eggo Lass pun. And now, having played her a bit, further inspired by me watching Delicious in Dungeon (and the fact the first two monsters we faced were animals) to want to cook the monsters we slay.
2. Tempus Retrovios. High Elf Wizard in his 30s. If anyone asks why he's young for an elf he'll lie and say Wild Magic did it. (He does not have proficiency in deception.)
3. Rogan the Rouge. A combination of two things. One, Rogue gets mispelled as Rouge very often. So he's got levels in Rogue and red hair. So "Rogan the Rouge the Rogue." He's also a centaur and has the Thief rogue subclass. This allows him to climb at a normal pace, not the slowed pace of a centaur. So if you have a ladder you better be ready to see a centaur bolt up 120ft in 6 seconds 'cause his hooves aren't slowing him down.
Plus he's multiclassed with barbarian to use STR on his rapier combined with Reckless Attack for self-given sneak attack advantage.
