Infinite spiders. They can't do any damage to the tarrasque but they can keep it in combat, preventing long rests. Therefore they just wait until it's exhausted to death.

Mostly lol. D&D hanging out with friends and academic summer camp in like three weeks. Plus summer reading for school which is not so fun and family stuff which is somewhere in the middle. Plus I read Lightning Keep when it first came out on DDB so I wouldn’t be surprised.
