I perused it, but didn't read too much. It was a big stat block, since it was a CR 24 creature, but from first glance I thought it looked pretty cool. What are you thinking of changing?

So this Statblock was based on a video game version of Scylla, so some of its abilities i took mainly from there. But I was thinking of giving it less health and range on its attacks, so it has to be more of a rush in and out Assassin. Also I might try and expand on the “quick learner,” ability, maybe it could copy spells and voices. But the main thing I want to do is to make it more of a glass cannon. Or well, a glass Death Star.

I just found out that in my home state of Texas, they no longer give out final meals to death-row criminals.
There go my weekend plans.

They still give them a last meal. They just don't allow requests for specific food. Instead they get the standard prison food.
IIRC there was a death row inmate that ordered a large last meal only to eat barely any of it and that was the impetus to changing it.
I mean, technically, you are correct. As long as you feed someone before they die, it does in fact count as their last meal.
And no, you are completely wrong in the only way that matters. Lawrence Russell Brewer ate none of the two chicken fried steaks with gravy and onions, triple bacon cheeseburger with fixings on the side, a cheese omelet with beef, tomatoes, onions, bell peppers, and jalapenos, fried okra with ketchup, pound of barbecue with half a loaf of white bread, three fajitas served with all the fixings, a meat lover's pizza, pint of vanilla ice cream, slab of peanut-butter fudge with crushed peanuts, or drank his three root beers.
Bastard deserved to die, but he didn't need to take away the final meal requests with him.
