Running is a huge part of the sport. I also do cross country but I enjoy soccer more because it is practically just cross country with a ball.
I can't stand watching games though. I would rather play.

Nice, mountain biking is super fun. I would have thought mountain biking would build the same muscles as running. Running is very rewarding and relaxing.
They share a couple of muscles, but generally a different set of muscles and at different extremities for each one. My dad is an intense runner, but I’ve never had the motivation to consistently do it, but that was the case for training and lifting until recently so I’ll try again.

Interesting. I'm not a health nut so I don't know much about all that exercise stuff. My Dad is also an intense runner. You should definitely try running again, it is super fun.

Bouldering is awesome. I recently took a vacation out in the mountains of North Carolina. I had tons of fun doing off trail hiking and bouldering.
I live in NC and it’s the best place for awesome mountains imo. There’s mtb trails and hiking and rock climbing and so much more just in my city.
