Guys, I came up with the greatest one man party ever. The stereotypical party is one fighter, one wizard, one rogue, and one cleric. You can get all of that with a properly built bard. First, bards are healers, but they are also a nice mix of illusion and enchantement wizards. So that checks off wizard and healer. Next, bards can make great replacments for rogues, expecially with expertise. Add in the urchin background to get proficiency in thieves' tools, and boom, your bard can now play the role of the rogue. FInally, fighter. Fighters focus on either strength or dexterity. Bards second ability score is dexterity. Add in College of Swords, and you have a bard that can hold their own against other warriors. And there you have it. Bard = fighter+rogue+wizard+cleric!
