 Krampus. He's essentially a monster,that goes around eating the naughty kids.

Give him a grapple attack against small creatures. Can then consume a grappled creature. (Use things like the Giant Toad's swallow for that.)

Make some cold attacks. Perhaps a snowball ranged attack or a recharge ability to freeze creatures in an AoE.

High stealth.

Slashing claws. Perhaps a gore attack with horns.

Perhaps the ethereal trait of Phase Spiders to tap into mystic transport.

what if- and I know this is an insane idea- if I combine Krampus with an owlbear (IDK where to put his sack tho...) and what if Krampus wendigo owlbear?

 Owlbear Krampus could be interesting. For the sack, IIRC owls have a place they store bones and fur so go with that?

Though I feel the wendigo is better saved for a different theme. Horror where cannibalism started up or someone summoned some dark spirit that possessed them and led to it. Generic human-eating monster is a waste of wendigo lore IMO.

 TBH it's been a while since I looked up Krampus lore. So you may be right about kidnapping first.

And now I'm reminded of my first exposure to Kramlis was from the show GRIMM. Where he kidnapped the children, hung them in sacks in a tree, and then planned to eat them Christmas Eve.

 Some depictions of wendigos show them having an exposed ribcage. Maybe for the wendi-bear (first thing to pop into my head for a name), the rib cage is actually an extradimensional space. You can go a step further and have the Wendi-bear swallow the children/people whole, like how owls swallow their prey whole, and they go into the extradimensional space within their chest cavity. Should a wendi-bear decide to properly consume a creature in their chest cavity, they regurgitate the bones, hair, clothes, and other possessions like how owls do as well.
