The goat or domestic goat (Capra hircus) is a species of goat-antelope that is mostly kept as livestock. It was domesticated from the wild goat (C. aegagrus) of Southwest Asia and Eastern Europe. The goat is a member of the family Bovidae, meaning it is closely related to the sheep. It was one of the first animals to be domesticated, in Iran around 10,000 years ago.

Feral pigeons (Columba livia domestica or Columba livia forma urbana), also called city doves, city pigeons, or street pigeons,[1][2] are descendants of domestic pigeons (Columba livia domestica) living independently from and often unwanted by humans, having gone "feral".[3] Rock, domestic, and feral pigeons are all the same species and will readily interbreed.[4] Many domestic birds have gotten lost, escaped or been released over the years, and these gave rise to populations of feral pigeons.

Fantasy basketball is a game in which the participants serve as owners and general managers of virtual professional basketball teams. The competitors select their rosters by participating in a draft in which all relevant National Basketball Association (NBA) players are available. Fantasy points are awarded in weekly matchups based on the actual performances of basketball players in real-world competition. The game typically involves the NBA, but can also involve other leagues, such as the Women's National Basketball Association (WNBA) or NCAA.

I think they meant rules for a fantasy version of basketball.
I'm running a dnd session today and I need help with fantasy basketball mechanics
To get it out of the way, all forms of magic outside of those that allow players to function are banned. To score a basket or whatever the term is, the thrower has to make a dexterity or strength check. The DC for this increases by 5 for every 10 feet from the goal they are, but the points they earn also increase by 1 (max of 3 points from 1 basket). Passing is a dexterity or strength check both have to mak. To intercept you have to make a dexterity saving throw. These are all I can think of now.

I've got some ideas to update my homebrew religion.
Previously, the concept was that every single object and creature had a soul, and when they are either worshipped enough or a large collective forms, they become a Divine Soul and develop powers such as the ability to create an illusory, albeit tangible, outer form. There were Lower Souls, which often represent objects of great power, such as magic items, or locations, such as mountain ranges, forests, or cities. The latter examples are primarily worshipped by those who live near them. Then there were 3 Upper Souls, which represented night, day, and the Earth.
The new ideas add a little more lore and some new deities. Now the night and day are considered Transcendent Souls, which are higher than Upper Souls, and to more differentiate them, the day one contains the weather souls, with all forms of clouds dissipating and sky clearing when the sun sets. Now rather the Upper Souls represent the 6 known planets as of the settings era, Mercury, Venus, Mars, Earth, Jupiter, and Saturn. Earth was considered the most powerful of them because of the life that lived on it and their worship for their rock. Mars was previously the strongest for the same reason before the day destroyed these creatures for making demands of him and worshipping him the wrong way, which he threatens to do so to Earth if they make the same mistake. Jupiter is typically seen as the oldest of the Upper Souls and as such is seen as the wisest. Mercury, Venus, and Saturn, meanwhile, were actively jealous of Earth's strength and made a ploy to get the day angry at it, punishing it by trapping its consciousness within its core, preventing it from granting miracles or directly interacting with its people. As such, the mortals turned the majority of their worship to the jealous planets, proving the ploy successful. Previous to this, when a soul's physical form dies, it would join with the night as a star or remain as a Risen, a kind of 'holy' undead. However, these souls would now be forced into an underground afterlife where the Earth's consciousness was trapped and forced to punish them for the smallest and most insignificant of crimes.
In their most common sense, the terms thought and thinking refer to cognitive processes that can happen independently of sensory stimulation. Their most paradigmatic forms are judging, reasoning, concept formation, problem solving, and deliberation. But other mental processes, like considering an idea, memory, or imagination, are also often included. These processes can happen internally independent of the sensory organs, unlike perception. But when understood in the widest sense, any mental event may be understood as a form of thinking, including perception and unconscious mental processes. In a slightly different sense, the term thought refers not to the mental processes themselves but to mental states or systems of ideas brought about by these processes.
