The fact that it's Mario is a little disconcerting since this will likely prompt a brand new, Mario themed game in the process. So. There's just the movement. How can one hope to stop the Electicity now? Especially now that it's Nuclear setting has been beefed up so? 

Money is spent. The Dogside able to get to the Electric company quickest is now taking a crash course in electricity and nuclear reactor shutdown methods! With this, Dogside now knows just enough to shut down the Electric grid to stop its damage...

But not enough to do it safely. 

...there were always multiple dogsides. In a way, who is to say which was the original? Or maybe they are all fragments of the original. 

The Dogside balks at what it needs to do for the Greater Dogside Collective to win. However... the warmth returns to this Dosgside alone.

The warmth of a hero. It's uncomfortable, and it burns... but a link in a chain of memories is forged. The Dogside now looks a bit less unnatural and more... lifelike. 

And then it runs. It runs into the Electric Company Square, and it proceeds to begin repairs. Lightning and electricity arc everywhere, testing the Dogside's spell resistance,but the lifelikeness and the omni-resistance piercing Nuclear power is taking its toll. The Dogside finishes the first phase of the repairs, but now it's clear - it either takes Paradox Monopoly damage... or it finishes the job, and sacrifices itself as a game piece that Dogside can use.

Dogside plays to win, no matter what it's going for. For mayorship. For Paradox Monopoly. And for this one Dogside in particular? 

Why not win at playing hero?

The Facilities Nuclear radiation sirens are blaring at full strength. the place rumbles and shakes, pieces falling around it. But finally, at its heart, there it is -

The Nuclear shutoff valve. Dogside grabs the valve and begins to try and shut it. But being so close is literally burnign the Dogside up! It uses all of its might, but the longer it stays, the more the Light and Nuclear power burns. 

But you know what they say. The Candle that burns from both ends burns brightest.

Dogside proves his anime-ness and shuts the Nuclear power valve, halting the out of control reaction. But the literally tattered body Dogside is leaking Light. 

It sends of one, triumphent howl... and is burned alive by its heroism.

The other Dogsides sense this, and howl mournfully.

A new link in the chain has been made. Sadness mixed with heroism. 

Meanwhile, the Elephant and dogside... have gone made with square touching. It really cannot be long before they turn all the squares gold. The other Dogside, respecting the sheer greed of its supposed master and heeding its own greed for candy, decides to play along and grabst he pellets in the room with its abnromal jumping and anime prowess. Every possible square is lit up in this mess and the giant fat rodent forces him to leave for the next room out of fear of getting jumped off of. Again.

 John Cena fixes the Waterworks and dies. The Board will now drain by 4 spaces per round, with the draining effect centred on Free Parking (the opposite side from the many holes punched in the board)! Those not immune to the current will be pulled towards the holed area at the speed of draining. Mario does not trigger a new subgame, as all subgames are automatically at least partially accessible to all players, and being mario is automatically accessible to, at last count, no players.
You greatly lower the Coolface's Coolness Capabilities! Their Cooooool property becomes a detriment!

Dogside number... uh... let's say Four... expends 100M and engages in heroic self-sacrifice, suffering lethal doses of far-ultraviolet light, electrocution, and the third esoteric subtype of Light! The Nuclear Plant of the Electric Company is shut off- and just in time, too. As the metaphorical dust settles, many voters realise that the Water covering the board had been dulling the toll of the radiation. Without the Dogsides sacrifice, within rounds the effect would have spread to cover huge swaths of the board.
...Somehow, in the aftermath, it is successfully explained to the voters that there are six other dogsides and they are all basically clones of one another who are practically identical. This convinces the extremely small group of voters which think about this sort of thing logically that the Dogsides are worth their vote (Everyone else was already going to decide its vote for the six other Dogsides based on the actions of This Dogside.).

Overall... 1 Dogside destroyed. 1 Health + Lost (since you have 7 Dogsides and 7 Health units- the P counts- each Dogside is 1 health +.). 100M lost. a very auspicious 13 levels of Improved Candidacy gained!  Radiation and Electrification of the Electric Company nullified! The Board will now unflood! An achievement appears: "> not good enough... better... Better... TOO GOOD, TOO GOOD! - Die from being too moral." Your next Roll is 5+8+💤.

Meanwhile, the Elephant/Dogside duo turn every square gold. This does nothing, as there are only 78 squares on that room. The Dogside below pauses for a moment as fake achievements- that is, achievements which lack a Pellet Prize due to their trivial nature- flood their view, but soon moves on and gains the achievement ">Move Along x100",  for obvious reasons. The Dogside also obtains 20 'pseudo-pellets' while doing so; These pellets count for Pellet-obtainment achievements, but not scoring, they sense. They then arrive in a new room, which looks like this, other then the lingering signs of movement caused by me trying to get this image.

I use my box to fill with votes under various names, totaling in 300 votes for LeviRocks. This wins him the election, seeing as no one could possibly want to vote for waluigi, seeing that he sucks. I then move all my moves and land wherever 

I guess I have to revise my campaign promises (or at least one)! I'm going to promise that anyone who votes for me will be added into a raffle with everyone who didn't vote for me or anyone at all, and will assign money to them at random! 

I will move forward as far as possible, will use my 4 newfound books to learn about the following topics: 

1. Campaign Strategies! 
2. Chinchilla Herding! 
3. How to Read for Dummies! 
4. MAGIC Mastery!

I then use my Jack of All Trades features to gain mastery in Campaign Strategies, Chinchilla Herding, and MAGIC Mastery (who needs to read, anyways?) and then will buy the space I land on if possible. 

I then offer anyone (of my choice) willing to turn their properties into news networks that will run attack adds against Waluigi, I will pay them an amount decided in a PM.

Reading from the scroll I recently received, I then move forward, buying the space I land on, if possible. 

Now, a master of magic, campaign strategies, and chinchilla herding, I take my magic scroll, and perform a trick! I summon a horde of 360 chinchillas! These chinchillas are nice, count as a swarm and individual creatures, and I am proficient in herding them. My first act is to unleash the chinchillas, moving them 9 spaces from my current position. They land on Go, and gather money, which I then use my magical powers to teleport to me, claiming 200 M for each chinchilla, making me the richest player on the board! 

I then dismiss the chinchillas to an extradimensional space, to be called upon when I grant chinchillas to those that support me. I then vote for myself, and use my magic powers to try to convince people (through impressing, not enchanting) to vote for me. 

I then run attack adds on my competitors at the spaces I own. The railroad-miners state, "Waluigi is perpetually screaming, abrasively purple, and would be an incompotent mayor. Vote for LeviRocks, especially if you approve of getting rid of nuclear power!"

The people named Marvin who work in my gardens say, "The Coolface is actually not cool. We un-dope your dopeness, frown upon your smiles, and fart in your general direction. We challenge you to prove you are actually good at bowling, or go away!" 

My chinchilla's voices echo through the board, cutely claiming in an eery, monotone voice, "The Dogside and Daetheder are not as cute or magical as us! If you want to own one of us, support LeviRocks!"

Edit: Just in case irradiation messes with my movement, I also use my magic to teleport the chinchillas to Go.

Edit 2: 293 chinchillas times 200 M is 58,600 M.

Now is the time for my Cuteness to come into play. I use my Cuteness gained from my penguins to make Coolface the cutest being in all of existence. In fact, the people of New York rush over to the Monopoly board and start voting for him, since he is now not only cool but also cute! I also use my fire emoji on Cool/Cuteface. I make him lit as well, so that even more people come to vote for him from New York.

I also move land on a Community Chest and draw a card. No idea what it says, but okay!

Half of earth's entire population votes for me. I win the election.

 LIES! ALL LIES! Well, actually, only the parts about me, the rest is true.

I use my horse to ride around the board, calling out to all that “the dogside is actually a horrible monster that will plunge the world into darkness, should he become mayor. Vote LeviRocks to save humanity!”

then I use my 6, which is a multiple of three, which is a magic number, which I use to summon more chinchillas, but I’m not proficient in chinchilla herding! LeviRocks helps me, causing him to appear a hero in the eyes of the people! I then use my 1 as a charisma fail for Daethedir to make him unpopular to the public 

I just abandon my campaign and become an anarchist. I then run ads attacking any campaigns. LeviRocks will take over the world with his chinchillas. Coolface will destroy the universe. The dogside is all that he is portrayed as in the above. Waluigi will wipe out all life in fits of anger.

And! As an attempt to rally the people to my vote, I start singing! With the chinchillas (thank you @SqueegeeLord for more chinchillas) as backup singers! I also perform magic tricks during the song, making my voice better, and the chinchillas more cute!
