If I have a variant human who is also a hollow one, do I record his race as “Variant human (Hollow one)”, or do I record race as “Variant human” and record being a hollow one under “Supernatural gift” under Features and Traits? Cannot find any example character sheets to reference.
Assuming it is still accurate then there isn't a way to add supernatural gifts like being a Hollow One to a character on DnDBeyond without using the homebrew tools to make something.
A lot of people homebrew a feat to add the information. Or you could just copy and paste it into your notes, as with hollow one, there’s only one thing that’s an action, so you might just remember it and the have the notes to refer to.
From what I can tell, "Hollow One" is not considered part of your character's Race (as opposed to the Reborn lineage, which functionally replaces Race). I think if you want to list yourself as "Hollow One" in your character sheet just to keep handy as a reminder I figure there's no harm in it, but yeah... if anything it's closer to a feat than anything else.
The Hollow One is considered a “boon,” Nora race. If you want, I have the Hollow One boon Already programmed and functional. If you send me a PM with a join link to a private campaign I can hook you up with a copy that you can add to your homebrew collection and use on your character.

This is old information but it is what I could find: https://www.dndbeyond.com/forums/d-d-beyond-general/bugs-support/69382-mythic-odysseys-of-theros-issues-and-support
