I find it hard to believe that a First level Druid, multi classed or not, can cast 6th level spells from a magic item. Please explain the ruling on this.
Ok. If the druid is attuned to the necklace of prayer beads, they can cast whatever spells are in the beads once per day. It is a rare magic item that requires attunement and the more powerful effects you are concerned about aren't guaranteed.
At the same level of rarity, any type of spellcaster with a wand of fireballs can cast a 9th level fireball once per day or multiple lower level fireballs.
This is just how magic items work, sometimes they have spells you can cast. A barbarian with boots of levitation can cast levitation on himself at will, doesn't even need to be a spellcaster.
Prayer Beads give you the ability to cast those spells by using the magic item. You are not casting the spell, the item is.

Raw, yes. So could just a level 1 druid. Of course, a DM probably shouldn't give level one characters rare quality items.
