So I wanted to clarify something. The Elven Accuracy feat from XGtE, can it be used with ranged attack spells ( Firebolt, etc)? or just weapons? The wording seems to imply magic as well as bows. I'm trying to determine if I have an Owl Familiar swoop through with the Help action, thereby granting advantage, can I then roll 3 d20's and pick the highest for a firebolt? Text of the feat pasted below.
"The accuracy of elves is legendary, especially that of elf archers and spellcasters. You have uncanny aim with attacks that rely on precision rather than brute force. You gain the following benefits:
Increase your Dexterity, Intelligence, Wisdom, or Charisma score by 1, to a maximum of 20.
Whenever you have advantage on an attack roll using Dexterity, Intelligence, Wisdom, or Charisma, you can reroll one of the dice once."

"uncanny aim with attacks that rely on precision rather than brute force."
So specific skills involved....
" advantage on an attack roll using Dexterity, Intelligence, Wisdom, or Charisma,"
So... any spell or archery based thing, that is not using your constitution or Strength.
Also any melee attack that relies on Dex

That is a correct interpretation and the intent.
If the spell has an attack roll, like Fire Bolt, and you have advantage on the attack (such as from Help) you can reroll one of the dice.
"Elf archers and spellcasters. "
So Archery based and spellcasting based.
"uncanny aim with attacks that rely on precision rather than brute force."
So specific skills involved....
" advantage on an attack roll using Dexterity, Intelligence, Wisdom, or Charisma,"

Blank
Also any melee attack that relies on Dex
Or Cha, like a Hexblade. Or Int like a Battle Smith.
