I think I will say the Tal'Dorei Campaign Setting is my favorite so far. It is beautifully detailed and has such a rich history and lore as well as many intriguing character options.
I really enjoyed Humblewood from Hit Point Press. I recently got on the Strongholds and Followers bandwagon ... though it's frankly more a Matt Colville miscellany than a book strictly following the presumptions you'd make from the title. A Matt Colville miscellany isn't a horrible thing, some of it was actually quite inspiring (I'm basically rewriting my Feywild using his Arcadia), but I was strictly expecting a substantial tome focused on building a stronghold and influencing the game world through actions beyond traditional adventuring. Content reflecting that focus is there and well done, but I was expecting more in that vein and deeper in that vein and not gem dragons, lesser angels, the Incarnate etc. (which are all cool in their own right, but just not what I expected).

Jander Sunstar is the thinking person's Drizzt, fight me.
Whilst it's not officially a D&D book, I thoroughly enjoyed the novel Kings of the Wylde, which reads exactly like it's chronicling a D&D campaign, with all the associated quirks and randomness!
1- All the lovecraftian creatures and horror my favorite type of genre. Also i am biased.
2- Nice items and subclasses.
3- Most importantly you get to play as a cat!!!! because everybody wants to be cat.

Born under the watch of something from the furthest corners of the far realms.... It knows all.... it sees all... and it asks: "What is it that you want to see?"... and my answer is... ALL"
The Monsters Know What They're Doing by Keith Amman, Return of the Lazy Dungeon Master by Mike "Sly Flourish" Shea. Kobold Press's Tome of Beasts is pretty good too.
Dark Matter by mage hand press. Definitely the best 5e sci fi conversion sourcebook I’ve seen. I also really like their complete gunslinger class and the attached firearms rules. I’ve actually used them in my homebrew Wild West setting(which I’m currently writing a conversion sourcebook for)

"Ignorance is bliss, and you look absolutely miserable."
I'm looking forward to Survivalist's Guide to Spelunking, out of nostalgia but I also want mechanics for actual grit in my game grit.
EDIT/UPDATE: and it landed in my mailbox today. I think I wish there was a bit more art, but definitely a lot of crunch tables and call backs to the book's AD&D roots. I'm curious whether it'll update three dimensional mapping to current conventions/practices.
Thanks! I am also excited for Jeri's Elemental Encyclopedia and the Magnificent Book of Homebrew, both of which the magnificent HBMF came up with and is curating. Also, whatever becomes of the Stronghold of Chaos and the Candlekeep's Secret Scrolls.
I feel honored by your inclusion of WGtB. I'd definitely include Stronghold of Chaos on my list, from what I know about it. Probably alongside the Elemental Encyclopedia and the Mystic Experimentation Notes Book (though the final name will probably be different, I have no idea).

I have Stibble's Codex of Companions, Nerdarchy's Out of the Box encounters, and Neverland.
Also the Plane Chase packets from Wizards of the Coast. I love those things.
I have gotten a lot of use out of the Creature Codex and the two Tome of Beasts books from Kobold Press. I love their Midgard setting too.

The following three would definitely be my favorites, there just not out yet.
