Posted Feb 15, 2021In Mordenkainen's Tome of Foes, there are stats for an Ogre Howdah that allows for four Goblins to ride on its back and gain 3/4 cover against attacks.

Basically, ogres may be sadistic, chaotic evil bullies, but they'll pull a sleigh to a local village and hand out Christmas presents if a storm giant commands it.
