Description
Ogres are hulking giants notorious for their quick tempers. When its rage is incited, an ogre lashes out in a frustrated tantrum until it runs out of objects or creatures to smash.
Do Ogre's have Brute trait?
Just trying to figure out how a Great Club is doing an additional damage die?
if You Play baldur's gate 3 There Is a band of ogre and their leader got a headband of intellect. you can search it on youtube if you are curious it's really cool.
shrek
That's not a bad idea
cringe
lol
I will be using this in my campaign, because some of my players know the Monster Manual just to well. This will surprise them hopefully.
It drives me nuts that they mention Ogres hang out with Orcs when Orcs have never been a part of Dragon Lance and were intentionally left out of Dragon Lance.
ogres are the best for slaps not the other way around
I saw a ogre and it looked hard to beat and one of my players was a barbarian he was level three I thought I’d try to block off a passage way into a temple with 6 ogres and that lv 3 barbarian destroyed them all easily😢
Well since large creatures occupy a space of 10ft by 10ft we can argue that they are 10ft tall because if we go by the rules of a human body when a person is outstretching it's hand than from fingertip to fingertip they are as wide as they are tall.
So a large creature is 10ft tall, so reasonably it's arms are 4-5ft long so a 5ft reach around is not unreasonable imo.
If you want your ogre to have more reach just say it wields a lance or halberd but keep the same rolls as on the sheet to not make it unbalanced.
Hey
Why do Ogres not speak Ogre? lol. It just says Common and Giant.
Equip him with a spear
I love this concept! My first character is an ogre but I kind of wanted to subvert stereotypes about the ogre and make them intelligent. Considering my ogre character is a swamp ogre and has many try to kill and rob them, they have to be quick-witted and more strategic when getting rid of enemies and surviving. I personally think it's possible to have an intelligent ogre, especially if it makes sense with their backstory.
They have humanish lifespans so maybe.
If this is an Ogre then why doesn't it speak Ogre!?
"OGRE RAGE" as per Barbarian Class of 8th level <CR2= 1 character lvl 8 or 4 characters @ lvl 2>
if you make it "like a lvl 9 Barbarian" in Rage and you "get to" add that Extra Damage Die.. for 3d8+4
make it 10 feet and give them a 3 square,, 15' swing arc
AAAAAAAAAAAUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUGGGGGGGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH
