 Yeah, ironically, the people in the comment section of the advent calendar are giving away more than the actual creators of the advent calendar! People have even linked to third party sources with a lot of cool stuff as well!

For people with spare free time i would encourage learn homebrewing stuff - most of monsters accessible to be brewed on dnd beyond, eg i grabbed dragonix 1-3 pdf, tb 1-3 and cc for porting in my homebrew (those pdf are available around web for free download) copypasted around 300 from 2000 creatures  from it into my collection, than after brewing i check result via encounters tab to see if brewed monster work as intended for dice rolling

for damage of one following type command use https://www.dndbeyond.com/search?q= damage of one of the following types&f=monsters&c=monsters
and then look at empyrian line copypast from there into your homebrew and adjust (or use lightning from djinni monster as template)

for command codes for rest pretty good is using template (in moster creation tab) of unicorn from basic rules since he have spell command, condition command, hit and damage commands and non damage but also measurable by dice command let’s call it (roll action command) one so the only command he missing is action one (which could be taken from eg goblin template, but overal both spell, condition and action command codes using same principle and is extra simple rest - is just replacing some words in square brackets

ps. forget recharge (present in red dragon wyrmling template) type of command, idk if it correct (since dnd don't provide template for % skills afaik) but % abilities (what we see in monsters like - dusk mephit summoner variant) in encounters mechanically should work same as recharge just in code words like "recharge 5-6" replaced by eg "25 percent" and 1d6 in code replaced by 1d100

i want good stuff ive heard great things about the past ones why are these soo bad.

Now, I don't really want to sound like whining for FREE STUFF. But we're 1/3 the way in and it's ALL coupons a lot of the audience can't use.

They could have at least spread something, everyone could actually make use of, somewhere in there. lol

 But the thing is, it’s not whining, because this is an advent calendar, it’s literally SUPPOSED to be free things!

But see, it's not even free. They aren't giving us anything. They are telling us to SPEND MONEY, just a litte less money that normal, in their products. It's not a gift if you have to buy it yourself.

8 days in.  No D&D beyond content or discounts.  Hoping we see some of that down the road.

To be fair, most of what they are providing coupons for is for small businesses with officially licensed products. I would imagine they are offering discounts equal to their licensing fee.

Day 7's code does not seem to work

Entering code "D&D10" results in "Enter a valid discount code"

Ot at least discounts on stuff you actually want.

It's insane how WOTC managed to ruin even the bare minimum we could be getting from DnDBeyond. First the crappy discounts on CyberMonday for the first time, now an advent calendar which starts off with something ignoring probably half the playerbase
