In the player's handbook rules in the compendium, the description for the healer feat has markup showing in the text. I assume it was meant to be a link to the Healer's Kit, but it shows up like this:
Healer
You are an able physician, allowing you to mend wounds quickly and get your allies back in the fight. You gain the following benefits:
When you use a [tool]healer’s kit[/tool] to stabilize a dying creature, that creature also regains 1 hit point.
As an action, you can spend one use of a [tool]healer’s kit[/tool] to tend to a creature and restore 1d6 + 4 hit points to it, plus additional hit points equal to the creature’s maximum number of Hit Dice. The creature can’t regain hit points from this feat again until it finishes a short or long rest.
I realize this is likely more a feature request than a typo/missing link, but it sure would be nice if references to tables and maps were linked to the table/map in question.

We'll see what we can do on this front. There's no real way to automate it since the format of how WotC references is not standardized, but we'll try to see about some poor soul doing this manually.

I'll do it for free.
Face it, BadEye, all you have to do is ask for volunteers.

In the Jahaka Anchorage section, the link to the sidebar "Pirates of Jahaka Anchorage" is not working.
And there is a missing tooltip in the last paragraph before the nice pirates' faces, reported below.
The three pirate captains are in league with Liara Portyr of Fort Beluarian, who gives them information about vessels sailing into and out of Port Nyanzaru and helps the pirates sell their stolen cargoes. Ships flying the ensign of Baldur’s Gate are usually left alone, as a condition of Portyr’s cooperation. The Flaming Fist commander is kept apprised of upcoming naval patrols originating from nations on the mainland, and she passes this information to the pirates via a sending stone.
I know this isn't really your thing, because this error is in the physical copy as well, but could someone explain to me why the side quest in chapter one "seek wisdom" describes Orolunga as being "east of Mbala" when its west of Mbala on the map?

WotC changed their minds and didn't get everything edited properly. Wait for the next batch of errata.

In at least two places in Appendix B (Random encounters), References to appendix C are not linked. The two places I found are:
-In the Rare Plants entry:
-In the Wereboard entry:
Edit: Found a third in the Zorbos entry; the link to appendix D is also missing in this one:
