Is it possible to get the Foreword added somewhere?
Yes - we're trying to get forewords and prefaces added where appropriate. Just trying to figure out where they should live since there's no real standardization.
In the description of Camp Vengeance (chapter 2) at the end of the paragraph just above the map, is this phrase:
Niles Breakbone’s longtime friend, Wulf Rygor (CG male half-elf scout).
scout is not linked.
As an aside, would it be possible to link the references to race in these references (i.e. half-elf here)? that would provide easy access to the features that change the base NPC.
In the Dungrunglung description in chapter 2, in the entry on "The Great Ritual," in the subsection "Krr'ooks plan" are these sentences:
As a further reward, Krr’ook offers a ring of jumping. Anyone touched by a dose of poison must succeed on a DC 12 Constitution saving throw or take 5 (2d4) poison damage. A dose of poison is used up once it deals damage to a creature.
The sentence about poison is a complete non sequitur. There is nothing else about poison in that paragraph. I'm thinking either a sentence is missing, or this sentence is misplaced. I don't have a hard copy to check against, so I don't know whether or not the error is original to the print edition.
Near the end of the section on The Great Ritual (Dungrunglung, chapter 2):
The attacking force consists of sixteen grung elite warriors (including Roark) and forty grungs. Groak retreats to his elevated pool in the shrine and makes his final stand there.
I believe "grung elite warriors" and "grungs" should be linked.
Curious about something. The "Tracking Miles" section under Travel Distances and the Kir Sabal entry in Locations in Chult (both in Chapter 2) both say that a flight speed of 30 allows you to travel at 4 mph. However, this violates the rules in the DMG (Special Travel Pace, Chapter 8) which says that hourly travel pace is speed divided by ten. Is this an intentional discrepancy or an error?

I believe it is an intentional discrepancy. The same thing is written in the physical book.
It would be helpful if "pureblood yuan-ti" could be linked. (I realize the word order is nonstandard and may prevent this)
In the next two sections, grungs and kobolds aren't linked, either, but I'm guessing that's because they aren't bolded in the print version? I'm not entirely clear what the criteria is for when monster names are bolded/linked and when they aren't.
"The relevant equation is: Knowledge = power = energy = matter = mass; a good bookshop is just a genteel Black Hole that knows how to read." - Terry Pratchett
I think this is a typo, but the True Polymorph says "If you concentrate on this spell for the full duration, the transformation lasts until it is dispelled." but in the phb it says "If you concentrate on this spell for the full duration, the transformation becomes permanent." To me these mean different things, and I've checked the most recent errata and no where does it change the original text to be the "lasts until it is dispelled." text. The use of permanent feels like it cannot be dispelled so I was just wondering if this needed fixing.
When I click in one spell and the description pops up (on iPad) there’s no way to close or scroll the description. Is there any way to do or fix this? Thanks.
ps. Here on the forum if I touch out the pop up the spell is close but inside the adventures and rulebooks isn’t.

I believe they are aware this is an issue on mobile (or at least on iOS), and are trying to sort it out. A workaround is to refresh the page, then the popup will disappear.
In ToA in Appendix D (https://www.dndbeyond.com/compendium/adventures/toa/monsters-and-npcs#MonstersAD), under the listing for Artus Cimber under actions for the Ring of Winter, it shows the tags for linking magic items around the term "Ring of Winter". See example below.
