Please post a link to whatever it is you are referring so someone can look into it for you. As is, there is no clue if you mean the Monster, the Race, or a specific PC.
They are referring to the statblock for Lizardfolk which has Stealth +2 but the same entry in Basic Rules and Monster Manual list stealth as +4. It seems the statblock in the Monster search has an error, since it does not match the printed material.

Hey there, thanks for the heads up on that! It seems that lizardfolk are only averagely dextrous, so effectively have expertise in stealth, so a recent change may have recalculated their skill, making it show incorrectly for a bit. It's showing correctly now!
The entry indicates the Stealth is +2; reviewing Basic Rules, the Stealth is +4
