The override box of your Constitution ability score was set to 3. That is why you were seeing always 3 to CON. I deleted the 3 from the box, resetting your CON.
I would say that this is still a bug, or at the very least a UI issue. There is no dash, so even if you set the box to zero, it throws off the numbers. There should be a better way to fix this vs highlighting the number and deleting it.

If there is an override where there shouldn’t be, just delete it. How is deleting something that shouldn’t be there not the simplest way to handle that?!? You instead want to have to highlight the number and replace it with the dash/minus symbol?!? How the heck is highlighting the number and hitting - in any conceivable way ”better” than highlighting the same number and hitting delete? (Or for non-Mac people, hitting either delete or backspace as user’s choice.) Like, I genuinely do not understand the source of your issue. The default is for the field to be blank, so if one wishes to return an override field to its default setting... gee, lemme think.... 🤔 Nope, I got nothing. Too bad there isn’t any way to, I don’t know, “delete” something. 🤨
For some reason, whenever I create a character, their Constitution Modifier is constantly a -4, no matter what I do to the stat.
Every time I try to change it, the modifier stays a -4, and my Constitution score is forever -4 from what it should be.
Please fix, thanks!

I manually entered in different numbers for CON, but they all seem to revert back to a 3 and provides me a -4 Mod. Not sure why.

Yeah, I noticed that as well, but whenever I tried to change it, it would just reappear.
Thank you for fixing it!

Its not user friendly is my point. Its not intuitive at all.
There should be a reset to default button or cancel override.
At the end of the day, now that I know the work around I am set. But my feedback remains, its poor UI.
If you say so. 🤷♂️ Deleting it seemed pretty darned intuitive to me.
