I dont know if im doing something wrong but it is still not working. It acts as if i never bought it in the first place, with or without changing the options
it tells me i have nothing to worry about now, but no tortle race is showing up.
Stop telling people to include the NON-Core Content crap. We've all tried it and the damn race still doesn't come up. Any problems such as this should have been fixed by this time DNDBeyond...

The message you are replying to is from almost 1 year ago back when the Tortle was part of non-core content (specifically the Tortle Package)
It is now part of core content so you won't have to enable anything, you can find it with no content toggles enabled and by filtering by 'tortle'
You need to verify you have purchased the tortle race and not either of the two tortle monster options. You can do so by going here, which if you own the race you should see a tick mark saying you own it:
If you don't see that, verify you haven't purchased the monster options, which can be found here
If you see a check mark next to either of those, you have purchased the wrong option
unable to select tortle character as a race dispite purchacing it individualy help
I believe that, on the “home” tab of the character creator, the toggle next to “noncore content” needs to be on (red).

I tried multiple times, not working :/
Go here and if it offers you the option to re-sync then do that.

Thank you
The purchase looks fine - please ensure that you have the character preference set to allow "noncore" content.

It works for me. Make sure you've purchased the Tortle race from one of the sources it's found in.
